The difference you’ll make

About Toybox AUSTRALIA

ToyBox has been the official charity partner of Miss Universe Australia since 2009.

ToyBox is a charity dedicated to supporting Australia’s sick and disadvantaged children. ToyBox purchases vital, industry leading equipment and therapy to conquer the challenges life has brought these children; funds incredible escapes so they can enjoy welcome distractions; fills essential grants that support their families and allow them to be by their child’s side for comfort; and funds necessary research so that future generations will not faces these challenges.

We work alongside reputable children’s charities nationally to identify specific grants that need filling and then fund these particular grants. ToyBox prides itself on reporting back to our supporters on where their funds have gone and how they have made a difference.

MISS UNIVERSE AUSTRALIA + TOYBOX

Philanthropy is a major part of the Miss Universe Australia program, every Finalist has the opportunity to make a real difference, working together to raise money for, and volunteer with ToyBox Australia.

In 2025, the Miss Universe Australia Finalists raised over $600k supporting grants with Camp Quality, Ocean Heroes, and Ronald McDonald House.

The State Finalist in each state who has raised the most at the cut off time prior to their State Final event, will secure the title of ToyBox Ambassador for their state. A National ToyBox ambassador is also announced at the National Final Main Event. So get behind your favourite Finalist and make a donation today to support kids in need!

The program’s hands-on involvement not only gives back to the community but also empowers our participants with invaluable skills, experiences, and a deeper sense of purpose.

How your DONATION HERE directly helps

This year ToyBox is excited to again be working with our major partner Camp Quality to fund families to attend their camps, as well as Ocean Heroes in NSW, QLD & WA, and the running of rooms at Ronald McDonald Houses, nationally!

When serious illness becomes a part of their lives, kids need the opportunity to get away from the pain, treatment and challenges they are facing and just be a kid. By supporting Camp Quality and the camps that they run nationally, you are helping deliver FUN, distraction and creating incredible positive memories for these children and their families. Ocean Heroes put on incredible surf camps around Australia for children living on the spectrum and their families, and the running of rooms for families staying Ronald McDonald Houses in NSW, WA, VIC, QLD and SA means that children can have their family by their side while they undergo critical treatment.
